HOW TO:
When massaging your face with the Large Jade Roller, alternate 3 – 5 passes on each side of the face or massage one side of the face at a time.
Start under the jaw, at the outside of the neck and move inwards, rolling down towards the collar bone.
Move to the centre of the jaw on the chin and roll out towards the base of the ear. Gradually move upward toward the eyes.
Move between the eyes, rolling upwards and outwards and gradually moving up towards the hair line.
Make 3 – 5 passes before moving on to each next step.
Using the Small Jade Roller now massage above and below each lip and above and below both eyes. Move from the middle towards the ears.
The same steps can be repeated with the Gua Sha Scrapper
