Shipping & Returns
Azizati Health and Beauty only deliver within the UK Main lands at present.
All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed here at the time of ordering. Azizati Health and Beauty has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping.
Standard UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail to safely deliver your parcel. Delivery dates and times are provided by Royal Mail from the time we confirm the shipping of your order.
Please also be reminded that whilst we make every effort to ensure a timely dispatch we rely on third party services to complete the shipping process. Thus, delivery times are suggestive only and are subject to delays or changes.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch orders on the weekends and Bank Holidays.
Should you wish to cancel the order for any valid reasons please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and reason for cancellation so that we may improve and provide a better service to our customers.
There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel your order within 24 hours and/or if the order confirmation is still pending. If you fail to do so and or if the order has already been dispatched, a refund will be then processed excluding the delivery charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Azizati Health and Beauty reserves the right to refuse a return, refund or exchange request.
- Firstly, you will need to inform us about returning the item by emailing us at email@example.com
- All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, in its original undamaged packaging. (ie, if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
- Goods must be returned within 10 days from the date of the purchase. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in an undamaged condition.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Only once the parcel arrives back to us and is checked in will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the delivery cost be issued.
- Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to us in an undamaged and resalable condition, we cannot issue a refund.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned.
- If you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
- Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your parcel is returned to our facility and we are charged a fee to receive the order back, the amount we are required to pay will be deducted from your total refund. If the amount we are charged is greater than the refund amount of the purchase price, no refund will be issued for the order.
